Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. All parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number. No returns are accepted after 30 days, without exception. To get an RMA number, visit “Manage My Order” and input your email and order number, or submit a support ticket within 30 days of purchase. We’ll email you an RMA number with return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Note: You may receive multiple RMA numbers for multiple items. Ensure each item is sent to the correct return location with the corresponding RMA number. Returns sent to the wrong location may not be credited or will face significant delays.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened Electrical and Electronic Parts
Electrical or electronic parts that are plugged in, opened, or have unsealed/torn packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances. Some customers use trial-and-error parts swapping instead of proper diagnostics, attempting to return parts that don’t resolve their issue. Due to the risk of damage from improper installation or testing, these items are non-returnable unless unopened, unsealed, and not plugged in.
How to Ship Your Return
- Verify all items to be returned are listed in your RMA email.
- Use a shipping carrier that offers insurance and tracking for protection against loss or damage.
- Ensure the shipment can be tracked from dispatch to delivery.
- Clearly write the correct RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Do not write on the product’s original packaging, as this may render it non-resalable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we do not reimburse shipping fees, regardless of fault.
When Will I Receive My RMA Number?
RMA numbers are typically issued within 2-4 business days, though some items may take longer. You’ll receive an email with your RMA number and return instructions. If you don’t receive it within 5 business days, contact us, as there may be an issue with your request.
