1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After Shipment:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return once the item has been delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation in your message.


3. Custom Orders or Special Requests

Orders that include custom-built parts, special orders, or items marked “non-cancellable” are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed and processed.


4. Refund Timeline

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.


5. Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply for eligible cancellations made within the allowable time frame.

  • Canceled items that have already entered the fulfillment stage may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the product and vendor policy.


6. Order Changes

Need to update shipping info, part numbers, or quantities? Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before an order is processed.
